Terms of Use

The DarkBunny Platform and Services generally involve interacting with user-generated Digital Assets in various ways. We are not responsible for user-generated Digital Assets that you may, in your sole discretion, engage with on the DarkBunny Platform or via the Services.

The value of such Digital Assets (especially memecoins or experimental tokens) can fluctuate significantly and there is a material risk of economic loss when buying, selling, holding, or investing. You must consider whether participating on the DarkBunny Platform or using DarkBunny Services is suitable for you, taking into account your financial situation and risk tolerance.

We are not your broker, agent, or advisor and owe no fiduciary duty. Nothing on the DarkBunny Platform constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and any associated losses.

• You must have full legal capacity, and be of legal age in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be resident in, or attempting access from, a sanctioned or prohibited jurisdiction.
• You represent that you are not using the Platform in violation of applicable law.

We reserve the right to change eligibility criteria or deny access at our discretion.

• Access to and use of the DarkBunny Platform is at our discretion.
• You must not post, upload, or transmit unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or defamatory content.
• You must not use the Platform to engage in market manipulation, fraud, or activities violating applicable laws.
• We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access without notice.

DarkBunny supports live streaming as a core feature of the Platform. Live streams are user-generated content and streamers are solely responsible for the content they broadcast and for user interactions that occur in associated chat channels.

Permitted content (general)

• Gaming, commentary, art, music performances (with appropriate rights), educational content, and social broadcasts.
• Monetization features such as tips, paid access, and subscriptions, subject to applicable laws and our monetization rules.
• Content that is lawful in the streamer's jurisdiction and not otherwise prohibited by these Terms or local law.

Strictly prohibited conduct (zero tolerance)

The following categories of content and conduct are strictly prohibited on live streams and related chat or multimedia features. Any stream, archived material, or associated content that violates any of the items below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension and/or permanent termination of the offending account(s) without prior notice:

• Child sexual exploitation or abuse: any sexual content, sexualization, sexual conduct, nudity, or sexualized commentary involving minors, or content that facilitates, glorifies, or depicts the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.
• Promotion or facilitation of suicide or self-harm: content that encourages, instructs, or provides means for self-harm, suicide, or attempts to coerce another person into self-harm.
• Graphic violence and animal abuse: depiction, celebration, or instruction of graphic violence, bestiality or gratuitous animal cruelty.
• Hard substance abuse facilitation: instruction, demonstration, sale, or facilitation of illegal hard drugs, manufacture of illegal drugs, or content intended to enable or encourage serious substance abuse.
• Human trafficking, sexual exploitation or trafficking-facilitation: content that promotes, organizes, or facilitates human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or the sale of people.
• Terrorism and violent wrongdoing: content that incites or provides instructions for violent wrongdoing, terrorist activity, or the construction or procurement of weapons or explosives.
• Doxxing and privacy violations: disclosure of private personal data (including identification numbers, private addresses, non-public phone numbers) intended to harass, threaten, or harm.
• Direct facilitation of illegal activities: explicit instruction intended to facilitate serious, non-consensual, or violent illegal conduct.

Content that is disturbing, offensive, or controversial but does not fall squarely within the categories above may still be prohibited at our discretion. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for content which places minors or other persons at imminent risk of harm.

Reporting, review & appeals

Users should report suspected violations using our in-app reporting tools or by contacting support. Reports that allege sexual exploitation, abuse of minors, threats of violence, or other imminent harm will be prioritized. We will investigate reports and may take interim measures (such as temporary suspension) pending investigation. If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may submit an appeal to our support team; appeals will be handled subject to our processes and may not result in reinstatement.

We strive to balance creator freedom with platform safety. This policy is intended to make boundaries clear while leaving room for context-sensitive enforcement. We may refine these rules and enforcement practices over time.

• Transactions occur on-chain via smart contracts. We do not control blockchain execution or timing.
• Once submitted, transactions are irrevocable.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have sufficient funds in your wallet.
• Blockchain conditions (network congestion, failures, or attacks) may delay or prevent transaction settlement.

• DarkBunny does not charge fees for simply accessing the website, but may charge fees for specific services in the future.
• You are responsible for any blockchain network (“gas”) fees or third-party fees.
• All fee calculations are final and binding absent manifest error.

• You connect your own wallet to interact with the DarkBunny Platform.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and recovery phrases.
• DarkBunny has no access to, and cannot recover, your wallet or funds.

• All intellectual property related to the DarkBunny Platform remains our property.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of DarkBunny IP without our written consent.
• Content created by users remains the responsibility of the users.

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Manipulate markets or engage in pump-and-dump schemes.
• Spread malware or attempt to hack the Platform.
• Access the Platform from prohibited jurisdictions.
• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

• The DarkBunny Platform and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” with no warranties.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We are not liable for network outages, blockchain issues, or losses resulting from your use of the Platform.
• You acknowledge that digital assets are high-risk and experimental.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, DarkBunny is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from use of the Platform.
• Our total liability will never exceed the fees you paid to us (if any) for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DarkBunny, its affiliates, and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws.

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the British Virgin Islands (unless required otherwise by local law).
• Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, individually (no class actions), conducted confidentially in English.
